Loaded Timeclock

On STONEPOS2 (closest to the Coffee Machine end) we have the Timeclock installed on Safari. This machine is to be left on unlike other devices which should remain off in the venue at close.

 STEPS

Once you are in and ready to start work at your rostered time please go to Safari on STONEPOS2 (this includes FOH and BOH staff). Select your Name (listed alphabetically) and select Clock In

During your shift if you go for more than a 10 minute break e.g. Meal Break go back to the Timeclock, select your name again and hit START BREAK.

 At the end of your break come back to the Timeclock and select END BREAK.

If you are working a split shift please select your name and CLOCK OUT at the end of your first shift and then CLOCK IN when you are ready to work your second Shift

At the end of every shift you will need to select your name and CLOCK OUT.
